Hef's time as GM has come to a close and Windseeking has stepped up to the task.  I have no doubt that he will be a great leader for everyone and I am welcoming a much needed break.

A few tips for everyone regarding the new GM.

1)  If you have a question, ask. Don't assume.

2)  If you have an idea, speak your mind.  He will need all the help and ideas he can get.

3)  If you have an issue or problem first ask yourself if it's really a true problem.  If it is, bring it up to him in a constructive and honest way.

4)  Be patient.

5)  If you want more responsibilities then demonstrate your leadership qualities to him by helping out and doing whatever you can.  Our council has some holes that will need to be filled.

6)  Most importantly remember that this is a game and Windseeking is a volunteer and more than that, he is a friend to all of us.  Treat him, and all your fellow guildies as such.

AWESOME RUN WED!!!!

It was great that we could muster a full 25 from our ranks on a week night.  Plan on doing this every Wednesday.

Awesome job last night Undergrounders.  We downed 9 of the bosses in Naxx and we're getting people geared up very well.  Stay tuned for possible additional 25man raid days.

We finally did it and finished off the construct quarter.  Frostwyrm lair here we come!
